is about taking a breath, having grace with yourself and others.
is about not judging others, or yourself and just surviving in this crazy, busy, noisy world
lets you stop to think for yourself, to listen and just do the next right thing
helps you take that quiet moment to hear yourself think
before you do something you may regret,
reminds you listen to that voice that is bigger than all of us.
gives us that moment, to listen to the plans God has for us,
to know when to speak, when to help others,
when to fight and when to let go.
when to let the anger escape,
gives room for empathy to relate to what others are going through
to meet people where they are,
helps find patience when all is lost
makes time for rest to restore your soul
helps you realize you are not alone,
that your life has meaning,
that you matter and you can and do make a difference to someone
to realize the beautiful things we miss,
to listen for the hoot of the owls, the laughter of a child, the sound of the waves,
to take time to watch the sunset
to make time for a friend
to let out a breath, let your worries fly away
to give huge hugs and to say “I love you”
to give and receive peace in the moment
